Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling

Please review the processing and delivery information before ordering. For shipping questions, damage, or a missing package, email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page with your order number.

1. Order Processing

Standard processing is typically 2–10 business days and includes order verification, cutting, quality checks, and packaging. For orders requiring vehicle photographs or configuration approval, this estimate begins when the required information is received and confirmed. We will contact you if additional information is needed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will provide the notice, revised timing, and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. A custom-order designation does not remove rights relating to an unfulfilled or delayed order.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Estimates

Orders generally ship by UPS Ground unless another service is selected or arranged. Domestic transit has typically been estimated at 3–21 business days depending on destination and service; refer to your order’s selected service and carrier updates for the relevant estimate. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed as such.

Expedited services, such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, may be available for an additional charge. An expedited carrier service does not shorten the normal 2–10-business-day production period unless we agree to a separate processing arrangement in writing. Contact us before purchasing if you have a deadline.

3. Addresses, Delivery & Signatures

We ship to residential or business addresses, not P.O. boxes. Confirm your address before ordering and arrange to receive the shipment. Orders exceeding $100 require a delivery signature under our standard shipping policy. Check your tracking information for delivery requirements.

Contact us immediately about an address error, missed delivery, or requested hold or reroute. Changes after shipment depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional charge for a requested service will be explained before the arrangement is confirmed.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the shipping label is created. Label creation alone does not mean the carrier has received the package. Carrier tracking updates after collection and scanning. Contact us if tracking does not update as expected or if a shipment appears delayed; we will review the order and available shipping records.

5. Shipping Insurance & Claims

Our standard shipping policy requires shipping insurance for orders. Applicable shipping and insurance charges must be disclosed before payment. We assist with applicable carrier or insurance claims, but insurance terms do not remove our obligations to supply the goods or provide remedies required by law.

We understand that packaging and film can be damaged in transit. Inspect the package and materials promptly. Please report visible damage within 12 hours where reasonably possible, and concealed damage or defects promptly after discovery. A delayed report does not automatically eliminate legal or payment-provider rights.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos of the material, tube or box, shipping label, and visible damage. Retain the materials and packaging and, where practical, avoid installing or altering affected material before review. If photographs are unavailable, contact us to discuss a reasonable alternative.

6. Lost, Missing or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location and contact us promptly. We will review the shipping address, tracking, and any available delivery evidence and assist with a carrier investigation. A delivery scan is relevant evidence but does not automatically resolve every non-delivery claim.

A carrier or insurer may request additional information for a particular claim. A police report is not a blanket prerequisite for us to review a missing-order concern. Any request for additional documentation will be explained based on the circumstances. Carrier or insurance processing times do not extend your bank’s dispute deadlines or remove rights to a remedy under applicable law.

7. International Shipping

Contact us to confirm international service and payment arrangements before ordering. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs charges unless expressly included at checkout. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing.

8. Returns, Refunds & Payment Disputes

Custom-cut products are final sale for change-of-mind returns after production begins. Valid claims involving damage, defects, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, or non-delivery remain eligible for review and any remedy required by law. Shipping-related claims are not subject to an automatic 60% restocking fee. See our Return & Refund Policy for the resolution process.

For a purchase you authorized, you agree to contact us first and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve an order issue before filing a payment dispute, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. You do not have to delay reporting an unauthorized charge, miss a filing deadline, or waive your rights. See our Dispute Policy and Terms of Service. Revisions apply prospectively and do not change the terms presented for earlier purchases.
