The Time Frame For Order Delivery Is Divided Into Two Parts:

Shipping Insurance Is Required For All Orders.

Consumer Is Required To Contact UPS For All Damages Encountered During Shipping And Is Responsible For Filing A Claim For Damages.

We Are Not Responsible For Any Damages Encountered During Shipping.

Processing Time: Order Verification, Quality Check, And Packaging. All Orders Are Sent To Our Warehouses For Dispatch, Which Takes 7-15 Business Days.
If we approve the return or refund, the original payment amount is subject to a 75% restocking fee.
All Orders Are Cut To Customers Spec And Cannot Be Reused Or Resold.

Shipping Time: 
This Is The Time It Takes For Items To Be Shipped From Our Warehouses To The Destination Via UPS Ground. Delivery Usually Takes 5-8 Business Days To The US.

We do not ship orders to p.o boxes. the shipping address provided on the order must be a residential or business address.


We are not responsible if the package Is Delayed for any reason!
We can expedite orders 2nd day air or next day air upon request. if an order is requested and payed for expeditated shipping, we still have a 3-5 day processing time to cut the order and prepaired it to be shipped. once the order has been processed, it will be shipped via uPS ground unless the order has been upgraded and paid to expedite the shipping speed.

Order Tracking

Tracking number will be emailed once Shipping label has been created.

Every Order will include Confirmation Email with a  Tracking Number once shipped.
UPS tracking # wont be updated till they receive & scan the package.
please give it few days after receiving tracking number for your order to be updated in ups system.
