Shipping Policy


Order Delivery Time Frame:

The delivery period for orders is divided into two parts:

  1. Shipping Insurance Requirement:

    • Shipping insurance is mandatory for all orders.
    • Orders exceeding $150 require a signature upon delivery.

    Shipping Insurance Claims:

    • In the event of shipping damages, customers must contact us via email.
    • Please provide images of the damaged tube and product, for lost packages copy of the police report is required.

    Responsibility Disclaimer:

    • We are not accountable for damages during shipping.
    • Insurance claims will be processed on your behalf.
  2. Processing Time:

    • Order processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging.
    • Approved returns or refunds are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
    • Custom orders cannot be reused or resold.
  3. Shipping Time:

    • The time taken for items to ship from our warehouses to the destination via UPS Ground.
    • Delivery typically ranges from 3-10 business days within the US.

    Shipping Address Note:

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
    • The provided shipping address must be residential or business.

    Delay Disclaimer:

    • We are not responsible for any package delays.
    • Reversion of packages is not possible after shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for accepting and signing for the package on the delivery date.

    Expedited Shipping:

    • Expedited shipping options (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are available upon request with an additional charge.
    • Orders requesting expedited processing and shipping still have a 2-5 day processing time unless special arrangements are made via email.

    Shipping Methods:

    • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground by default unless an upgrade has been paid for expedited shipping speed.
  4. Order Tracking:

    • The tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label is created.
    • A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent for every order.
    • UPS tracking may not update until they receive and scan the package.
    • Allow a few days after receiving the tracking number for your order to be updated in the UPS system.
    • Enter the tracking number into the carrier’s website for tracking results.
