I just purchased a paint protection kit. Will I receive installation instructions?

Upon completing the checkout process, you will receive instructional videos via the email provided. It’s important to note that we do not offer email support from our in-shop professional installers unless the Installation Support option is purchased separately. For personalized assistance and guidance, consider opting for the additional support package.

I purchased your kit, but it’s a little short?

Correct, the material is insufficient due to the required stretching. To achieve a proper fit, it’s essential to stretch the material, given the uneven surface of the panel. Therefore, tacking one corner and stretching it to the adjacent corner is necessary to eliminate any wrinkles or irregularities.

I submitted my order. What other information do u require to proceed with completing my order?

  1. Within 24-48 hours, our plotting department may contact you via email to verify the necessary cuts for your vehicle. This confirmation is crucial, especially if information regarding trim, year, and model is missing during the checkout notes to the seller. Additionally, if our software presents multiple pattern options for your vehicle, clarification may be needed.

    To streamline the process, providing pictures of the vehicle could be necessary. It’s important to note that we will not proceed with your order until we have verified all options through email communication.

I have dirt debris stuck under the film after installing the precut.

Encountering dirt is a common occurrence. You can promptly peel back the material, clean it with a slip solution, and use a fingernail to remove any dirt adhered to the glue.

Will the kit be cut to fit my vehicle specs, Make / Model / Year and Trim?

Every order is verified through email, complete with pictures confirming wrapped edges, headlamp washers, parking sensors, and tow hook options, ensuring accuracy before forwarding the order to our plotting team. Feel free to reach out to us anytime for confirmation before making your kit purchase.

I received material that has a minor defect, stain, or dirt debris.

All manufacturers conduct quality checks on the material before selling it to shops. We meticulously inspect the film for defects both before and after cutting any order, ensuring thorough scrutiny before packing and shipping. Prior to installation, it is essential to examine the film for defects or dirt.

If, after installing the material on the vehicle, you discover dirt specs or defects, the product is ineligible for warranty submission. Refunds for defective materials are not issued; instead, replacements are dispatched only upon receipt and approval of the material by the manufacturer.

If my order is damaged or lost in transit when in the possession of the Shipping Carrier, what do I do?

  1. You are required to purchase shipping insurance for any kit. If the package arrives damaged or lost during shipment, we will have to contact Shipping Carrier to open a claim on your behalf.
    We are not responsible for any damages, or delays to packages while in possession of shipping carriers.
    Please Email us, Your order # including 10 pictures of damaged and unused products.
    We will file a claim on your behalf, The process can take up to 30 days to complete, so please be patient while the Insurance company processes your claim.

I have received Paint Protection Film, but there are no printed logos of the Brand on the back of the liner.

The only film that has logos printed is 3M Scotchgard regular 5-year warranty film, no other film on the market comes with logos printed on the liner.

We do not carry regular 3M Scotchgard film.
3M Pro series = doesn’t come with printed logos on the backing liner
3M g200 series = doesn’t come with printed logos on the backing liner
No brand on the Market currently comes with logos printed on the liners.

Will the kit be cut to fit my vehicle specs, Make / Model / Year and Trim?

All orders are confirmed over email with pictures confirming all the wrapped edges, headlamp washers, parking sensors, and tow hook options with each customer before sending the order to our plotting team.
You can always contact us to confirm everything, prior to purchasing your kit.

I have purchased a precut kit. I used some of the pieces, but I cannot install the kit. Can I get a partial refund?

Once you open the kit and install any piece, the kit is no longer returnable for any refund whatsoever. We cannot resell your kit once you open and tamper with it.

I received my kit, where is my warranty card?

  1. Your warranty is digital through us. There is no warranty against self-damage to the material during or after installation, rock chips, or peeling of the material. You only have a 10-year warranty against fading and cracking. The material has to be sent back to us so that we can provide it to the manufacturer for them to decide if it can be warrantied out or not. We do not make these decisions, we only provide new material if the manufacturer agrees to warranty the film. You, as the consumer, have to properly take care of the material and keep it hydrated for it to last.

I have purchased the kit and received the tracking number already, I’ll be out of town and can’t sign for the package, Can the package be re-routed or kept at the local UPS location?

If you can message us in time, we can notify by Email our shipping provider to route the package to your specific destination, There is an additional $59.00+ shipping and handling fee.

My order is refunded, i don't know why?

We will notify you via Email on why your order will or is refunded for any technical or payment reasons.

I installed Paint protection film, i have a lines or silvering when i finished it. Is it a Defect ?

Those are not defects, the material is quality checked by us and the manufacturer for defects.

Paint Protection requires experience when installing it, silvering or lines in the material can occur when the material is overstretched, or improperly installed.
Common installation errors, it’s overstretched or not enough slip solution is used.

I'm trying to purchase a kit, can you prioritize my order please? I need it ASAP.

We have 3-5 or 7-10 days processing times, depending on the order size and shop order volume, we handle up to 15+ orders a day and usually are short-staffed. 

In some emergency cases, we can expedite and prioritize orders at additional charge, and shipping costs.

Do i get Installation tools with PPF kit?

We do not provide any tools with the Paint Protection kits we sell. All installation tools must be sourced independently through platforms such as eBay or Amazon.

I encountered issues during the installation process do you offer replacement patterns?

If you encounter issues during the installation process, feel free to reach out to us, and you can purchase the specific panel you need.

Is it possible to incorporate remaining material when creating a plot?

In the process of creating the plot, excess material needs to be removed and discarded. If there is space available on the sheet, we contemplate the inclusion of mirrors, door cups, or duplicate headlights, particularly when they are part of full or partial front kits. However, it’s important to emphasize that additional items can only be included if there is enough space on the sheet; otherwise, they cannot be accommodated.

Online sources suggest that you don't necessarily have to exclusively opt for pre-cut options; instead, you have the option to choose bulk hood for easier stretch and installation?

You’re absolutely right. Pre-cut kits can be adapted and swapped for bulk sheets. In our shop, we primarily engage in bulk hood installations and strongly advocate this approach to our customers. Certain vehicles, especially those with highly curved panels like the front hood, benefit from the use of bulk material to ensure a successful installation. While pre-cut options can work, they demand considerable expertise in stretching the material to fit accurately. In contrast, using bulk material makes the installation significantly easier. Do you provide any additional discounts with the purchase of your kits?

Additional discounts can be applied only when using cryptocurrency payments; otherwise, all kits are already listed at wholesale prices.

I bought a kit with a specific design but received an updated version.

Sometimes, the manufacturer redesigns the kit for better fitment or an updated version. Rest assured, you will always receive the revised and improved version as they are released. Please note that all product pictures and descriptions are subject to change.

I have a product of the same brand, but there is a slight difference in the material.

  1. Consistency: Even with the same raw materials, variations can occur between batches. This could be due to changes in suppliers, slight differences in manufacturing conditions, or other factors. Quality control measures are typically in place to ensure that these variations are within acceptable limits.

  2. Quality Control: Manufacturers often implement strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet specific standards. This involves testing samples from each batch to verify that they meet required specifications for things like strength, purity, dimensions, and other relevant characteristics.

Do you ship to Canada?

  1. Certainly! We do ship to Canada. However, please note that with Canada, you are responsible for paying all duties and tariffs before receiving the package.
    Customers are responsible for paying all duties and fees associated with international orders, which are not included in your initial order.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I return or exchange an item?

  2. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing your order. We understand that mistakes happen, and we’re happy to assist you in correcting them. Please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the cancellation process.
  3. Cancellation Exceptions: Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations cannot be processed. This includes orders that have been cut, printed, or otherwise customized.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue, whether that involves providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Shipping information

Order Delivery Time Frame:

The delivery period for orders is divided into two parts:

  1. Shipping Insurance Requirement:

    • Shipping insurance is mandatory for all orders.
    • Orders exceeding $150 require a signature upon delivery.

    Shipping Insurance Claims:

    • In the event of shipping damages, customers must contact us via email.
    • Please provide images of the damaged tube and product, for lost packages copy of the police report is required.

    Responsibility Disclaimer:

    • We are not accountable for damages during shipping.
    • Insurance claims will be processed on your behalf.
  2. Processing Time:

    • Order processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging.
    • Approved returns or refunds are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
    • Custom orders cannot be reused or resold.
  3. Shipping Time:

    • The time taken for items to ship from our warehouses to the destination via UPS Ground.
    • Delivery typically ranges from 3-10 business days within the US.

    Shipping Address Note:

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
    • The provided shipping address must be residential or business.

    Delay Disclaimer:

    • We are not responsible for any package delays.
    • Reversion of packages is not possible after shipment.
    • Customers are responsible for accepting and signing for the package on the delivery date.

    Expedited Shipping:

    • Expedited shipping options (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) are available upon request with an additional charge.
    • Orders requesting expedited processing and shipping still have a 2-5 day processing time unless special arrangements are made via email.

    Shipping Methods:

    • Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground by default unless an upgrade has been paid for expedited shipping speed.
  4. Order Tracking:

    • The tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label is created.
    • A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent for every order.
    • UPS tracking may not update until they receive and scan the package.
    • Allow a few days after receiving the tracking number for your order to be updated in the UPS system.
    • Enter the tracking number into the carrier’s website for tracking results.
