  1. Returns: We do not accept returns once an order has been cut and shipped. Our products are customized to your specifications, and once the production process has begun, we are unable to accommodate returns.
  2. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing your order. We understand that mistakes happen, and we’re happy to assist you in correcting them. Please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the cancellation process.
  3. Cancellation Exceptions: Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations cannot be processed. This includes orders that have been cut, printed, or otherwise customized.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.
